MEET OUR TEAM

Connie has been a stylist in North San Diego County for over 30 years. She is a National Trainer for Eufora International teaching both advanced haircutting and color classes across North America since 2001. She loves making a difference in people’s lives and found her calling in this amazing industry behind the chair and sharing the knowledge she has been so fortunate to gain in my years in the industry. Her goal is that the people she lead and teaches end up doing better than her and that every guest she touches feels listened to and beautiful by the end of their visit.
She has extensive training in both British (Vidal Sassoon) and French styles of cutting, she loves coloring hair to create the color Mother Nature intended including the latest trends of highlighting and balayage and dimensional colors that keep hair looking natural. She also offer both the Japanese straightening and Keratin smoothing treatments as well as creating curls or waves through perms which can give you that “beachy wave” look or support the style that you want to wear.

With Bleach and Brawn since the beginning of her career, Stephanie is a TRUE natural born talent. Her signature Men's fade and haircutting skills are top-notch, alongside her balayage and updated color techniques.
Stephanie has always had a passion for hair design. She received her barber and cosmetology license before the age of 18. Experimenting with friends and family early on, Stephanie is always looking to better her techniques with color and cuts for both women and men.
What she enjoys most is always making her guests feel special and have them leaving feeling confident about themselves. At B&B Stephanie stands out with her dedication to her education, hard work, and exceptional talent.

KRISTINA CRAWFORD
Esthetician
Kristina grew up in North County and knew from a young age she’d end up doing something creative. Her love of art and theater translated naturally into her love of makeup, which broadened when she received her esthetician license in 2001. Her passion for further knowledge in her industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies, ingredients and practices. Her proficiency and love for her job are evidenced in her work as an Aveda Skin Care Educator, a title she held from 2003 – 2013.
Her approach combines a vast technical knowledge with the desire to connect and provide a relaxing experience while enhancing the natural beauty and wellness of her guest. While Kristina is adept at all aspects of skin care, makeup and waxing, including a gentle waxing experience (Brazilian!), her true proficiency is her ability to connect with her guests through thorough, personalized consultations – especially in regards to brow waxing. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, the brows are the frames that accentuate that view.

Kristina brings an intuitive touch and presence, a keen awareness and a sincere joy in inspiring confidence and wellbeing in everyone she meets. Her own joy is found in her daughter, her career, makeup and art. A San Diego native, she couldn’t live anywhere else and spends a good part of her time enjoying our glorious beaches, as the sun and water are integral parts of her self-care journey.
ROBERTA HOYLE

Roberta has always been called to the field of beauty and health, and loves to draw inspiration from the natural beauty all around .

This South Jersey native has been practicing her art for over 18 years, and continues to take advanced educational classes on the latest and up-to-date trends in cutting, color and product knowledge for continual excellence in techniques, theory, and professionalism. Roberta has displayed her talents in events such as; San Diego Fashion week, Hair of the Dog Philadelphia, American Girl Doll Show Philadelphia, Business Women of South Jersey, Locks of Love, and more. With her wide range of knowledge and education, she focuses on giving every client an experience consistently resulting in a Custom Crafted, Flatttering look perfectly tailored to each individual. Roberta prides herself on her ability for an amazing client experience, committed to ensuring every client leaves feeling more beautiful and confident than before they walked in!

In her spare time, Roberta loves paddle boarding, hiking, playing with her dogs, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles with her family. She is also working on her Master's degree of Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University!

Nina specializes in what she loves to do the most, modern grey coverage and blending, natural, dimensional, lived-in color, custom haircuts, and an exceptional guest experience!
Nina has spent most of her career on color training and became an American Board Certified Hair Colorist in September 2019. Nina is passionate about creating looks for her guests that help them feel beautiful and fills them with confidence while preserving their hair's overall integrity.
Nina has a passion for knowledge and became an educator with Eufora in 2020. She always strives to provide you with the education and solutions to solve the difficulties you may be having with your hair, all while achieving the results you are looking for in between your appointments.

When not in the salon you can usually find Nina hanging out with her dog Logan, family and friends. Nina loves exploring everything that Southern California has to offer, traveling, live music, and trying new recipes in the kitchen!
